Free Shipping within US territory:

Rituaal offers FREE Delivery to US national territory. Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS. Items are shipped 24 to 48 hours after your order has been fulfilled. As soon as your order is fulfilled, we provide you with a tracking number through which you can monitor the progress of your delivery. This transparency ensures that you know exactly when your products will arrive at your doorstep.

 

International Shipping:

At this moment, we -Rituaal- don’t offer international shipping. For International shipping inquiries, please email hello@itsrituaal.com. You are invited to join Rituaal’s Newsletter to be the first one to know when we offer international shipping.

 

Responsibility Disclaimer:

Rituaal is a small, operated business and we -Rituaal- are not responsible for packages that have been stolen, lost, or misdelivered. Claims need to be dealt with by USPS directly.

 

Return Policy:

All scarves and accessories are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure pristine condition upon arrival. Each scarf is delicately wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a compostable envelope along with a care card. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Rituaal scarf, you have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return by emailing hello@itsrituaal.com.

All returned items must be in perfect sellable condition: unworn, clean, and without any snags, in their original packaging, to facilitate the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us at hello@itsrituaal.com to kickstart the exchange process. Don't forget to mention the item you'd like to swap for in your email. For the exchange to proceed smoothly, please ensure that the items are in perfect sellable condition: unworn, clean, without any snags, and in their original packaging.

As a small, independently operated business, please understand that we - Rituaal - cannot assume responsibility for packages that may be lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Regrettably, we don’t offer refunds for packages shipped to an incorrect address or damaged in transit by the carrier. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact the carrier directly to resolve any issues promptly.
